The Villa of 140 sp. meters consists of three levels, shares a large pool with the neighboring villa and caters up to 8 guests
The entrance from a wide veranda which offers a shaded dining and seating area, is found on the ground floor. The interior consists a spacious reception area with fireplace divided into two separate seating areas, one open plan kitchen, a dining table and one double bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the first floor which comprises of a large veranda with sea view and one double bedroom with en suite
The lower ground level consists of a small store room, one small bedroom with bunk beds, a large bedroom with two single beds and one large bathroom which is used by all occupants of this floor.
The villa if fully furnished in a contemporary style with the additional feature of large framed photographs of summer landscapes
The whole villa is fully equipped with all necessities and electrical appliances, including Wifi internet connection, Satelite Tv (OTE tv), dvd player, hifi, hair dryer, espresso and filter coffee machine, clothes washing machine, iron, safe, as well as fully stocked kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven and refrigerator for every day use.
The tenants are provided with beach towels for use in the pool area, as well as with luxury linen which is changed three times a week. A cleaning assistant is engaged one hour daily.
The villa has its own private pergola with sun loungers and its own parkng area at the rear of the villa.
All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units and the lower level rooms are equipped with either ceiling or floor funs.
