Villa Notias provides luxury accommodation for up to eight people in four separate bedroom areas. It is located is a sort distance from the main town of Mykonos and a nearby beach Agios Giannis.

Spectacular views of the sunset, and and Delos are showcased by huge windows and there are a host of secret corners and generous terraces to sit and soak up the sun, read or just take in the vista.
Villa Notias has been designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular site and views.
The villa boasts spacious outdoors terraces, offering various sitting corners for relaxation and a pool area with a sizeable pool overlooking the deep blue of the Aegean Sea.
It comprises of three double bedrooms and one separate guest room with two single beds, 4 bathrooms, two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and a magnificent outdoor space with build in barbeques, dining areas and of course a private pool.
The villa is built on two levels with several entrances and surrounding garden. On the upper level there is a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. With many large windows there is natural light most of the day and a 360 view to the garden, the private pool and the sea. From this level you can access the outdoor dining gazebo and barbeque area and the pool either from the main entrance of directly from the kitchen. On the veranda there is fantastic outdoor living room overlooking the pool, offering staggering views of Delos and Rhinia islands.
On the pool level area there is the private pool, a unique large build oval dining area, two barbeques and a build bar.
On the lower level there are two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, an additional open plan kitchen with an indoor formal dining area and a second living area which opens out onto the garden terrace with a marble dining table.
The third twin bedroom is located at the lower garden area, with its own entrance, en –suite bathroom, a tv and a mini fridge.
Indulge yourself a romantic dinner, friendly get together, swims and cocktails by the pool or under the spacious shaded lounge and dining area.
